Always felt comfortable with Andy, he has loads of silly phrases to help drill the important stuff into your head and knows a few let´s say 'landmarks' that he shows you throughout the course of your learning.

Andy has plenty of banter and still manages to keep it serious if it ever needs to be.
I feel like Andy made a special effort to get to know me as a friend rather than just another student and it is obvious that he really does care.
